Barbara Anzalone was awesome! ! She explained everything that could take place if I had to replace my tire. When she found out I would need a new tire, she came and told me several ! She was able to locate a matching tire. I was kept up to date on the progress. She was very friendly and knowledgeable in her job. The entire staff that I came in contact with were very friendly. Shout out also goes out to William Atwell, sales manager. I have dealt with William on numerous occasions( from the time he was a salesman at the KIA to his current position)and every time he makes sure to take care of what is needed. Thank you all. More
