I picked up my car today, and the job was done correctly and it was even cleaned up for me! If you need something fixed on your car, bring it to these guys, Mazda or not! More

This is common with Mazda's system After a thorough investigation by Mazda's tech guru, Steve, he found that the i-phone needed an update that would probably solve the problem. He was very helpful and friendly, like all Mazda service staff and had a thorough knowledge of Mazda systems. I was first met by Daytona Mazda's top service advisor, Randy Hamel, who personifies service in my opinion. Randy is service! His affable demeanor, and knowledge of the Mazda product are unmatched at this dealership. I can count on Randy and know he will respond quickly to my phone calls, plus greets you with that inviting smile. He set me on Steve immediately for my inquiry. As I in jest said at last visit: Mazda needs to clone Randy and Steve. More

Came in for regularly scheduled service (oil change/tire rotation) and was informed that mileage & initial inspection of car indicated that automatic Came in for regularly scheduled service (oil change/tire rotation) and was informed that mileage & initial inspection of car indicated that automatic transmission & front brakes servicing should also be done; had several coupons from Mazda from which Randy determined the one that would provide best benefits which was $100 off on bill of over $600; was very satisfied with the high level of communication he provided throughout the visit even though he was handling many customers due to covering for Dana who was out sick; met Carl (service manager) who was very friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable which increased my confidence in the quality of the servicing that Daytona Mazda could provide. Wait time was long however due to extra items done so I was caught up in rush-hour traffic upon leaving---ugh! More

Scheduling on short notice was wonderful, service techs (Steve) did a nice job explaining the issues, Dana was great helping with communications and customer care. I should also mention Dorne Fisher, who made the check out experience fun and efficient. This is the best Service Department we've had experience with. More
Was Not Car Shopping I went to the dealership to have some work done on my lease. However, I had been very interested in the CX3 for a while. While sitting in the service I went to the dealership to have some work done on my lease. However, I had been very interested in the CX3 for a while. While sitting in the service dept., I noticed the CX3 in the lot and it was also in the color red, which is what I wanted. So I went outside to check it out. After a minute I was approached by Mazda's agent, Al Ross and it went from there. He showed me the vehicle, addressed my concerns and quickly put together a deal. I felt comfortable about the whole experience. Loved my CX5 and now love myCX3. They are wonderful cars. Everyone was very nice and it was a good experience More
