Very professional and courteous! I wanted a specific used Miata which unfortunately Daytona didn't have so I had to purchase it elsewhere but regardless that I didn't buy there I was I wanted a specific used Miata which unfortunately Daytona didn't have so I had to purchase it elsewhere but regardless that I didn't buy there I was treated as if I was one of their best customers! Carl the Service Manager was great, and so was everyone else! It was a pleasure going there! More

THE BEST dealership around!!! I live in Palm Coast and was happy to finally find a Mazda Dealership close by. I needed an oil change and my transmission serviced. Come to find out I live in Palm Coast and was happy to finally find a Mazda Dealership close by. I needed an oil change and my transmission serviced. Come to find out I didn't need my transmission worked on...but I did need my dash replaced, do to a recall. Long story short, the Service Manger Carl and Service Advisor Dana went above & beyond for us that day. There was an issue with the oil pan n plug ( caused by another dealership service technician)... But Carl stepped up and at no cost to us, took care of it. He set us up with a nice loaner car, as it took 2 days to get it fixed & the new dash installed. On top of all that, Dana offered and brought me my car up to Palm Coast, as she was aware of my long work hours. Now if THAT isn't excellent customer service, I don't know what would be. Total professionals. I highly recommend them. I am so grateful to have found this dealership and will continue to use their awesome services from here on out. Rita & Bob Stoner Palm Coast FL More

Oil Change Arrived a few minutes early. The person who met us was great (female - did not get name). Showed us the lounge and said the oil change would be 1/2 ho Arrived a few minutes early. The person who met us was great (female - did not get name). Showed us the lounge and said the oil change would be 1/2 hour to 45 mins. Car was done in about 30 minutes and they washed all the bugs off - thank you very much. Dawn (not spelled like this!) was very nice and professional at cashing out. More

AMAZING all around We bought our cars in Chicago prior to moving to the Daytona area. Both of our Mazda's have been serviced at Daytona Mazda and I absolutely will never take them anywhere else! They're always super friendly and willing to work with us and are always honest. We never feel cheated on the price and the work is always top notch. And you'll never work with a kinder person than Dana. She's wonderful!!! Everyone in the service department is helpful and will go out of their way to make sure that you're happy and taken care of. More

I brought my vehicle in a month ago because I received an email that it was time (I think I misread it). The service advisor said - you're 2000 miles too early, you should wait and we'll see you in a few weeks. Great customer advocacy! 2. When it was time for service, my wife was tied up. The Porter not only drove me to work, but also picked me up when requested - in an awesome little Miata I might add! Awesome service - keep it up! More
