paid for part that wasn*t installed..they denied everything My new[2014,7000 miles] mazda cx9 had a mildew smelling a/c issue.Brought it to Daytona mazda for servicing.They did a procedure to the a/c,and suppos My new[2014,7000 miles] mazda cx9 had a mildew smelling a/c issue.Brought it to Daytona mazda for servicing.They did a procedure to the a/c,and supposedly replaced the a/c filter…they said they did,and we were charged for it.The a/c still had a moldy smell to it,so I checked the a/c filter,and sure enough,it hadn*t been changed.Called Daytona Mazda to complain,they said to come in.I did with the old filter in hand…it was still fairly new[7000 miles],but there were enough small buggy things,and a couple of my wifes* hairs…the clincher,as her hair color was changed before the servicing..to ,in my view,indicate an *old* filter.The service manager insisted it was new,as did the customer service woman.They gave me a new filter,which I installed,and ,bingo,the moldy smell is gone.They treated me unfairly,and after another *manager* called the house,and accused me of wanting something for nothing..very rude,and quite ignorant..the *how dare you accuse us of anything*.I will not have anything done,ever,at that dealership..even if it*s free,again. More

First Visit to Daytona Mazda Service Needed to go to the service department to get nitrogen in the tires. Went online first and it has a problem -- the online live chat said I should cal Needed to go to the service department to get nitrogen in the tires. Went online first and it has a problem -- the online live chat said I should call and make an appointment. Thought that was a little much just to get the tire filled and said so. I went over to the dealer and the response was excellent -- the service manager and everyone in the service group apologized and took care of the problem. I was really happy with the people, though I still think the website people could be trained better and be more responsive. So far this dealer tries hard to be perfect and they succeed. More

Do not trust service department I'm getting the impression this Dealership focuses on high pressure sales and service. Took my 2014 Mazda 6 in for 15000 mile servicing and was quote I'm getting the impression this Dealership focuses on high pressure sales and service. Took my 2014 Mazda 6 in for 15000 mile servicing and was quoted $396 for what should have been change of oil, filter and rotate tires. They tried to include a whole list of things I don't need, nor should be recommended by any dealer or mfg. Really disappointed and frustrated. More
