Chris asked me "Give me your Dream Car specs." Within hours Chris called me back with The Exact Car! Throughout the entire process everyone at the dealership made it so easy to work with them even after I purchased the car. Poor accounting department I purchased a vehicle from them in 2019 and traded in my old vehicle. Fast forward to 2020 and I received a letter from the state my old vehicle was r I purchased a vehicle from them in 2019 and traded in my old vehicle. Fast forward to 2020 and I received a letter from the state my old vehicle was registered in that I owed taxes and registration on the vehicle. I called that state and they advised me they have no record of the vehicle being traded in. Then in March of 2020 I sent an email to the dealership requesting documentation be sent either to the state or to me proving the vehicle was traded, and I received no response. On April 16, 2020 I texted my salesperson asking him about the issue and didn't receive a reply. On April 25, 2020 I called the dealership and spoke with my salesperson who told me he would let the accounting person (Bonnie) know and she would reach out to me on Monday. On Monday, April 27, I called and asked for the accounting department and left them a voicemail. On Wednesday, April 29, I called the accounting department again and left them another voicemail. To date nobody has returned any of my calls or bothered to resolve this issue. While I really liked my salesperson, the experience post-sale has been horrible. More
