This was the worst experience I have had with a dealership. She refused to answer basic questions. She responded 2 days after the initial request with the typical,"come in for a test drive." The people at Daytona Mazda are HONEST and exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to keeping my baby running as smoothly as possible. I have never had a negative experience when taking my RX8 in for service and/or repair. I'm never overcharged or told I need services that are not needed. All repairs and service are fully explained and I'm treated courteously. This has definitely been the case at the two other Florida Mazda dealerships I used before I found Daytona Mazda.
