Per our conversation last Friday Feb 28 you were going to overnight me a check for the service that I needed to get done on the CPO vehicle I bought from your dealership. You said that the check would be sen overnight me a check for the service that I needed to get done on the CPO vehicle I bought from your dealership. You said that the check would be sent out overnight on Monday and 3 days later I still have not received it. I had also requested that you send me the check number and tracking number. Please provide this as soon as possible so I know that you have made good on your promise. I spent another half day at the Sarasota dealership this week due to the brakes not being good. I wasted more of my vacation and received another bill that I feel I should get reimbursed for. The bill was $130 dollars. I should note that the Sarasota Mazda dealership provided exceptional service and did not charge me for the full labor hours. Again the bill should have been more but they felt so bad for me they discounted the bill for service. While I am not happy with the additional $1400 that I had to pay for service I am more concerned that I thought and paid for a CPO car but did not get one.I want to also state that I felt deceived by your photos that did not accurately represent the condition of the car.The Sarasota dealership verified both with the Mazda database and the service that it is NOT a CPO. You said that you were going to contact your Sarasota Mazda representative and find a solution can you please let me know by 5pm today how you will fix this. I only have one day left on vacation and want this resolved before I fly back to NY. I have an email from your dealership stating the car was a CPO, Buddy also verbally stated to me that it was a CPO, he told me he was going to pay for the second key, said I was going to have Sirius, said I was getting copies of all the documents I signed, said the tires were new,etc. Your dealership made allot of promises but did not deliver on any of them. I am very upset that you let me drive off your lot thinking that the car was CPO (in good safety condition) only to have a very unpleasant 3 1/2 hour ride to Sarasota. The wind shield wipers didn't work and it rained the whole way over to the west coast. The tires had no traction and did not have good grip on the wet roads. because the tires were chopped and cupped it was so loud I could barely hear the radio. Buddy Hall, from his first smiling "Welcome to Daytona Mazda," to the final signing of the papers was friendly, curteous, very product savvy, thorough and knows all facets of the marketing process at the dealership, which was quite amazing. The other members of the team were also always at the ready to assist us with any questions we had. My wife and I were greeted and acknowledged by several employees upon arriving at the dealership. We invited to look at the various models and sit in them and test drive any vehicle at our leisure. After speaking to the sales person, we drove 2 versions of the CX5 and left the dealership to look at other brands, but we were impressed with Mazda and the quality of workmanship of the vehicle. We were seriously ready to purchase a CR-V until we looked at the CX5. After looking at the other brands, we received several phone calls from the salesman wanting to know if we compared the vehicles and if we still interested in the CX5, which we were. There was some back and forth on the different models of the CX5 and my wife and I finally agreed this is the vehicle to buy. We worked the deal with the salesman and came back to the dealership a couple of days later and completed the sale. I would recommend the vehicle, dealership and salesman with out any reservations. More
Zach called me to let me know that my lease on my 2011 Mazda 6 was going to be up soon. He said to come by see if they could get me a 2014 Mazda 6. Sure enough, they made it happen. I have purchased and shopped for many cars in my time and often times the salesman is more interested in closing the deal than showing and selling the vehicle. Zach Jones took time to show us and let us dri often times the salesman is more interested in closing the deal than showing and selling the vehicle. Zach Jones took time to show us and let us drive many vehicles before we started talking any business. He didn't take the easy way out. We only found the vehicle we wanted at a late stage of the process, but I had made my mind up that even if I didn't find the right vehicle that day, I was going to purchase from this dealership, one way or the other.
