He made my son feel comfortable and was realistic with him about what he (me) could afford and what would be a " proper " car for him. When drilled by me with questions and concerns Zach would keep his composure and answer my questions like a professional who knows his stuff. Sounds stupid but it was like talking to a friend. Not once did I feel that " normal " frustration that I have felt many times at a dealership. In fact, it was a great time, even a bonding moment for me and my son. I am an older woman and have bought many cars, but no car have I ever bought, until this one, could I call a pleasant experience. Always before this purchase, I would cringe when even thinking about buying a new car, but Buddy was indeed an honest and accommodating representative of Daytona Mazda who did exactly what he told me as he said he would. I bought the car yesterday, and even today, I am still thinking, "Gee...did I really buy a new car yesterday? " because I experienced none of the maddening issues usually encountered with a new car purchase. I was in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour because Buddy listened to what I wanted and did not try to pressure me into something else. I would definitely recommend Daytona Mazda and Buddy Hall. I just hope he is still there the next time I get ready to buy a new car. Thank you, Buddy! More

They even stayed open late just for my wife and I to make sure the car was perfectly detailed, filled with gas and we understood all of the equipment it came with. Finance manager was great as well. After taking a test drive it was around lunch time so we decide to go get a bite and come back later. When we returned Buddy was tied up and Mark took over. We had an unusual trade in, so it took a little longer than usual. If Mark had any hair he probably would have pulled it out before we left. We however finally left with the new van and were very happy. We are taking our first trip in our new car this weekend with the mom and dog.
