I talked with Chris Bice on a few occasions and when I was ready to buy I made him an offer which included a trade-in. We agreed on a price very close to that. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. A few days after the purchase I discovered an error in the price. I brought it up to Chris who called John the sales manager. I thought from past experience this might be a problem to resolve but they corrected it right away. If you need a car these guys are the ones to see, nice people to deal with. I went there not expecting any good news because being a person with less that spectacular credit, I didn't expect that any bank would finance me. However, Chris somehow was able to part the waters and make a miracle happen because I was able to leave there with a brand new Mazda2. I was surprised and exciting that Chris worked harder than any sales person I knew in order to make a deal happen. I would confidently recommend that you go to Daytona Mazda and specifically see Chris Bice if you are looking for the hardest working man in the car business. Jason was my ace salesman who was low key, very nice, and slowly after a drive, he helped me select a really well appointed deluxe version that was perfect for me and my family! After a bit of financial discussions, I went home with it all shiny and new- my car having been traded in. Very good salesman, a good deal too, and I heartily recommend this dealership! And my daughter who bought one here has had her CX-9 for three years with not one problem yet! More
