Worst ever Jillian was the worst immature person I had to deal with. Horrible attitude because the bank deal fell through and I did not want to just sign the pap Jillian was the worst immature person I had to deal with. Horrible attitude because the bank deal fell through and I did not want to just sign the paper. Also refused to speak to my uncle and began to belittle me and constantly kept rolling her eyes. Jillian and a few co workers began to laugh at me and make me cry as I was getting my refund. Also Jillian applied for over 20 auto loans and dropped my credit score from 740 to 608 when I asked her about it she said that i had no credit and that's just a fake number they give you. Also if you don't answer there annoying calls to come in and test drive your new Mazda they call you all types of cuss words. In regards to Chris Bice But on the otherhand Christian Anaya, was very nice with giving me my refund and even filling up my gas tank. And wished me luck on my next car purchase. Christian assured me that Jillian was in the wrong and I wasn't the first person she has upset. I would like the Mazda dealership to take assertive action when dealing with Jillian because she is the complete opposite of what Mazda stands for and needs to reread Her employee handbook. Overall very rude people throughout the shop except for coach and Christian Anaya. More
Excellent I was shopping for a new car and Nick was a great salesman. He showed me the ropes of my new car. Jillian was also great at her job. First Visit to Daytona Mazda Service Needed to go to the service department to get nitrogen in the tires. Went online first and it has a problem -- the online live chat said I should cal Needed to go to the service department to get nitrogen in the tires. Went online first and it has a problem -- the online live chat said I should call and make an appointment. Thought that was a little much just to get the tire filled and said so. I went over to the dealer and the response was excellent -- the service manager and everyone in the service group apologized and took care of the problem. I was really happy with the people, though I still think the website people could be trained better and be more responsive. So far this dealer tries hard to be perfect and they succeed. More
