Untruths I was told the VW I purchased had been serviced and certified. NOT true the oil and filter had not been changed or attended to and was a quart low an I was told the VW I purchased had been serviced and certified. NOT true the oil and filter had not been changed or attended to and was a quart low and extremely dirty. The detailing was not satisfactory. The areas I pointed out that needed cleaning was never touched even I was told they would be. I signed a document saying I would be introduced to the service department. That didn't happen either. In closing the purchase all was well until we declined the extended warranty. The friendliness disappeared by the finance person. It's buyer beware when dealing with Daytona Mazda. I had previously given a good review to the dealership before some of my complaints as mentioned came to light. More

Chris is the best! Chris Bice was the best. Seemed to be honest and did not waste my time! He listened and made the experiance much more pleasurable than it normally is. Chris Bice was the best.
