Just wish they would have told me before that the interest rate was changing, I am assuming it was because I added gap insurance and exterior/interior protection, just wish I was provided all the info. Was Not Car Shopping I went to the dealership to have some work done on my lease. However, I had been very interested in the CX3 for a while. While sitting in the service I went to the dealership to have some work done on my lease. However, I had been very interested in the CX3 for a while. While sitting in the service dept., I noticed the CX3 in the lot and it was also in the color red, which is what I wanted. So I went outside to check it out. After a minute I was approached by Mazda's agent, Al Ross and it went from there. He showed me the vehicle, addressed my concerns and quickly put together a deal. I felt comfortable about the whole experience. Loved my CX5 and now love myCX3. They are wonderful cars. Everyone was very nice and it was a good experience More

He was pleasant from the very first time my husband and I entered the dealership. No pressure was shown and his personality, patience and courtesy was above reproach. He answered all the questions we had without knowing if we would purchase the vehicle. We went home and I knew Chris was honest and true to his word about the car. With no hesitation we decided to make the move and make the purchase. We went back, again to speak to Chris, sat down with him and started the process to make this a final decision. Today, Saturday, May 14, 2016, we finalized our purchase and drove out with our Mazda CX 5 with big smiles on our faces. Chris is an asset to the Mazda Family. He is not only a fantastic sales person but a wonderful person to do business with.
