Worst car salesmangers in history On 7 June I reached out via USAA car buying service to locate a USAA approved dealership. I exchanged email traffic with salesperson Caleb Barke On 7 June I reached out via USAA car buying service to locate a USAA approved dealership. I exchanged email traffic with salesperson Caleb Barker. Caleb advised me he had just received a 2017 Mazda6 with $28,000+ miles. I told Caleb I would come by after having an MRI to take a peek at it. Upon my arrival Caleb walked me through thru the rain and past their mud filled parking lot to a dark and dimly lit area. Here, is where I briefly looked at the car and we headed back inside. Once inside I told Caleb I was interested in the car and made an appt to come back as I had a migraine. I arrived on time 8 June for my 10:00am appt and Caleb had backed the car up to door for a test drive. 8 June the sub was shinning and as I approached the car, I could see a crack in the bumper and rear directional assembly. I told Caleb we have a problem. Caleb came out with Tony Lerdo, who said don't worry about that the part was already ordered. I then asked if he would discount the total cost of car since I was purchasing a damaged vehicle. He said no way and told Caleb to get that thing out of there. Then, another manager not sure who this was but he was wearing a black shirt walked up and said an employee girlfriend backed into something and no deal was going to happen. This person may have been Trent but not sure, either way, I would not buy from this dealership EVER!!!!!! Caleb was very professional and this is in no way reflects on him, however, the salesmanagers have no soft skills and even worse, attention to what the customer wants. Your loss daytona Mazda, I got a great deal on a 2018 Rav 4 XLE at David Maus and let this message be a warning for anyone headed to daytona Mazda- STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!! More

After I purchased my used car I took it back a week later because of a scratch on it when I bought it that they needed to fix. Not only did they fix the scratch, thay detailed and washed my car and took care of any other minor issues that I may have had. I drove down from Georgia to deal with Daytona Mazda because of their great reviews. It was well worth the drive I recommend them to anyone. More

THE BEST dealership around!!! I live in Palm Coast and was happy to finally find a Mazda Dealership close by. I needed an oil change and my transmission serviced. Come to find out I live in Palm Coast and was happy to finally find a Mazda Dealership close by. I needed an oil change and my transmission serviced. Come to find out I didn't need my transmission worked on...but I did need my dash replaced, do to a recall. Long story short, the Service Manger Carl and Service Advisor Dana went above & beyond for us that day. There was an issue with the oil pan n plug ( caused by another dealership service technician)... But Carl stepped up and at no cost to us, took care of it. He set us up with a nice loaner car, as it took 2 days to get it fixed & the new dash installed. On top of all that, Dana offered and brought me my car up to Palm Coast, as she was aware of my long work hours. Now if THAT isn't excellent customer service, I don't know what would be. I was looking for a car that would catch my eye and have many of the features I needed. I found a new Mazda 6 that I liked at Daytona Mazda, so I went to take a look. I loved the body styling, the light blue exterior and sand interior, but there was one feature that I really didn't want. They listened, located the exact car I was looking for, and didn't try to sell me on something else - I really appreciated their terrific customer service! I was able to pick it up the next day and I couldn't be happier! It's a beautiful car! And my payments were even lower than I expected. This is my second time dealing with Daytona Mazda and I'd recommend that anyone go and experience for themselves the kind of customer service that I've described. A great team - from the office and sales staff to the General Mgr. John Pandelos! They have a fantastic Service Dept., too. More
