They didn't hold your trade-in car keys "hostage" and try to use intimidate you to buy the car right now and then. If they didn't know the answer to your question, they got the answer. They wanted to make sure that you were completely happy with the vehicle. Took the time to introduce the Service area staff so you know where to go and who to speak with.
