Surprised Price Change The salesperson and I agreed on an OTD price over the phone and via text. When I came in for a test drive, we confirmed the price verbally. After t The salesperson and I agreed on an OTD price over the phone and via text. When I came in for a test drive, we confirmed the price verbally. After the test drive, I was ready to fill out the paperwork and pay whether by cashiers check, cash, or financing. When the salesperson sat me down, he surprised me with an OTD almost $2,000 higher than we agreed on (he said our original OTD was a mistake by a manager). After the surprise, I was less inclined to do business. I will say that the salesperson was willing to negotiate down from our new OTD, but unfortunately not back down to our original agreed upon price. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. They were willing to work with me and made sure we were happy. I worked with Cat who spent a lot of time with us trying to find exactly what we were looking for. She was very professional and did an excellent job showing me how to use the car very thoroughly, at the time of the test drive and at delivery. She is very knowledgeable about the cars and was able to answer all of my questions and very patient. I highly recommend working with her as I really appreciated all her time and dedication to the sale. I will be back and other members of my family plan to purchase from here in the future as well.
