Excellent service We Moved here 4 years ago started using Kia of Daytona. Was not sure as we had been with Kia In RI for a number of years at that time Daytona did not We Moved here 4 years ago started using Kia of Daytona. The last two year has been much better quick, professional service Chris the service advisor has been extremely helpful and made us feel as though not just number but a customer in need of service and concern we get it correctly. Fast service with a smile I called to ask about my ABS light coming on.I called your service department and spoke with Randy.He ask me for my vehicle id # and then told me tha I called to ask about my ABS light coming on.I called your service department and spoke with Randy.He ask me for my vehicle id # and then told me that it was being recalled and was definitely under warranty and when would I like to bring it in. I brought it in a few days later and he met me at the door,I signed a few papers and he told me it would take a few hours and if I wanted to stay ,, there was bottled water and snacks while I waited.My car was re day in about 1 hou r and 45 min. He came to me and walked me outside to my car and said it was ready and they did a complimentary car wash. I was most pleased.He also said that my light would probably come on again ,because it was a 3 part procedure. About 3 weeks later it did come on again and I called Randy and he got me in the very next day. He met me at my car and said it would be ready in 2 hours and it was and they washed it again. If all your service people are like Randy, You should be rated the best Kia Service Center in Fl. More

Terrific Customer Service I had an 8:30 appointment for service and as we pulled into the service area Chris Dupont was there who greeted us and knew who we were and our appoin I had an 8:30 appointment for service and as we pulled into the service area Chris Dupont was there who greeted us and knew who we were and our appointment time. Very nice first impression! I next dealt with Mike Zelenko, my service advisor, who was also extremely pleasant to work with. He advised what was needed this time around and told me how long it would probably be. Also wanted to know if I wanted it washed as well, He said it would be 45 minutes to one hour and sure enough in just a little over an hour. The waiting area was cramped with limited seating, but it have been just a busy day. The snacks on hand for the customer also a nice touch and again a great first impression. Mike walked me thru check-out and being disabled Mike offered to go bring my car up, but I needed to walk anyway. The car was not only washed, it was vacuumed inside and looked as if the tires were treated as well. Overall a nice experience when comparing it to other dealerships More

Beware of crazy rude customers I would of rated my visit 5 stars if it wasn't for some customer who started yelling at me that he had to go first.
