Time for my service I was very impressed with the service and the staff. Everyone makes you feel at home. Also the new establishment is fantastic. Such a pleasant experience! We had just arrived from out of town and suddenly had brake warning lights displayed. So I stopped by Daytona KIA. Seeing the waiting area was full We had just arrived from out of town and suddenly had brake warning lights displayed. So I stopped by Daytona KIA. Seeing the waiting area was full I was of course prepared to be disappointed. The receptionist listened to our problem and immediately asked Service Manager, Chris Veninga to meet with us. Chris scheduled us on the spot, told us where we could get a good breakfast then had his shuttle driver give us a ride. Turns out the brake problem was related to a recall so there was no charge. Additionally, the work was done faster than expected. We were just so impressed with the speed, honesty and courtesy of the service Dept. Highly recommended service center! More

Pleasantly Surprised! I was very pleased with the organization, friendliness, and pride of the service department of Daytona Kia. I have not even had my Kia Soul a year ye I was very pleased with the organization, friendliness, and pride of the service department of Daytona Kia. I have not even had my Kia Soul a year yet and was concerned a dealer oil change and service would be expensive. That was not the case and I was pleasantly surprised! Three Times A Charm Chris Doup is excellent and took the time to listen to my concerns as a customer. After bringing my car to Kia/Mitsubishi three times, my car issues w Chris Doup is excellent and took the time to listen to my concerns as a customer. After bringing my car to Kia/Mitsubishi three times, my car issues weren’t resolved. I was upset and discouraged and asked for a manager.
