The service professional was awesome and explained everything to me in detail and also tried to help me get a part for my 2016 KIA Sorento that I purc The service professional was awesome and explained everything to me in detail and also tried to help me get a part for my 2016 KIA Sorento that I purchased from you a couple of months ago. A rather small part but was missing from the console when I purchased the vehicle. He was able to locate the part number, etc. Unfortunately, he said it was to late for me to get it and have it installed under the vehicle's warranty. Boo, hoo. I didn't agree with this at all and should have been informed by the salesman who went through the vehicle on the day of delivery to me. This wasn't Bob's fault though. He was just conveying the disappointing information. More

alignment wheels were pulling to the right...…...after rotation and alignment the wheels were pulling to the left!!! The tire pressure light was on after ser wheels were pulling to the right...…...after rotation and alignment the wheels were pulling to the left!!! The tire pressure light was on after service which seemed odd to me thinking they would of checked the tire pressure through the servicing! I went back and they did adjust the pressure.... More
