I was told that the part I need is not covered under the warranty due to water and corrosion. The cost is very expensive. What I want to knows is why isn’t it covered because what other reasons would cause warranty due to water and corrosion. The cost is very expensive. They are always very efficient there. Their website makes it easy to make, change or cancel an appointment. It's a very clean environment they have there except the newspaper in the table was over a week old. The restrooms are clean . I like the fact that they give you a choice to towel dry or air dry. I like the fact that they keep you updated on what's happening and approximately how long it will be.One thing that stands out and I really do appreciate this and I notice he is the only one that does this is Doug never asks me if I want my suv washed. He just automatically does it and let's me know it's in wash now and will be ready soon. More
