They are nice but slow. Don't call you back with updates. Hard to get things figured out. You have to be the one to check in. Things seem not to be worked on. Poor service. Made appt for recall repairs to 24 Telluride. Left vehicle and was called to pick up around 3. Was told one recall was not repaired as they did not have the parts and they ordered and would call me to reschedule. Had oil change and tire rotation done. Also reported issue with passenger side headlight as it filled with rain one day during a storm. Was told they could look at headlight but with no water in it that day, I would have to bring back next time it storms so they can see that there was actually water in the light. Tire pressure system was on as all tires were showing as low and one tire was flashing. I assumed they would take care of that when rotating tires as it clearly seen when driving the vehicle, but no I was told all tires were perfect, no issues. Paid for oil change and left with vehicles....tire pressure warnings still on screen and a triangle warning light (master per manual) indicating a headlight issue. While driving car home, I noticed that covers over bottom frame of windows was moving in the wind in my mirror on driver side. Apparently they took this apart when attempting to fix the one recall. Took car home. Went out a couple of days later and drove into Daytona. Had car washed as they also said they couldn't wash it while there, although we saw other cars being washed. No issues going through car wash until the drying fans came on at the end, the door trim began shaking and flew off of the car as if I was driving through a hurricane. The pieces are held with nothing but adhesive. Ultra-cheap construction for a car with an MSRP of $55K. These pieces were not loose prior to taking the vehicle to this dealership for repairs. This coupled with the tires shows a completed inability to service the vehicles. Also found reason for tire issue for the one that was flashing-lowest pressure..looks like there is some type of puncture in the tire..something they should have seen! So was everything perfect as I was told by the service associate....NO!!! I should have known when I arrived and they seemingly couldn't find my appt in their system that it would be issue. Of course I had texts reminding me to bring it in on the scheduled date. More

Upon leaving my service appointment, I immediately noticed a serious shake in my vehicle. I was leaving for the airport to come to Vegas for training so I was not able to bring it back in. A family member brought it back in and they told her we would have to pay $160 for them to look at their mistake. I am not going to pay for something that they caused and I do not like how they handled it. More

I was very pleased with the service performed ar Daytona Kia, for a recall in my Stinger. The job was slotted to take 8 hours so I dropped it off the evening before. The tech opted to start the work on my v Kia, for a recall in my Stinger. The job was slotted to take 8 hours so I dropped it off the evening before. The tech opted to start the work on my vehicle that evening, so the day of my appointment only took half of the time. This was a pleasant surprise. More
