I was mislead by the members of the the KIA team and despite my patience effort to give the benefit of the doubt, I’m now at 3 weeks with no results to any of the problems I’ve had, I have had no respon despite my patience effort to give the benefit of the doubt, I’m now at 3 weeks with no results to any of the problems I’ve had, I have had no response or feedback from the general manager or the team despite my numerous daily calls made by me or my son. Sincerely feel like we’ve been taken advantage of just to meet their quota. Very unprofessional. More

I cannot understand why I had to take my KIA to another service center that wasnt even KIA personally I am seriously considering getting rid of my KIA in order to get my car fixed ? I brought my 2023 kia sportage in because the battery died and it was still under warranty, the service dept said they couldn't replace the battery using the warranty because they couldn't understand why died and it was still under warranty, the service dept said they couldn't replace the battery using the warranty because they couldn't understand why it was only charged at 60% and that I should take it to the dealership that I bought it from.
