The Way Car Buying Should Be! I was in the market for a new Kia Sorento and started my search via TrueCar (which I highly recommend) otherwise I wouldn't have thought of the Dayton I was in the market for a new Kia Sorento and started my search via TrueCar (which I highly recommend) otherwise I wouldn't have thought of the Daytona Kia dealership. I negotiated with four dealerships on the same vehicle and Daytona Kia blew all the other bids out of the water. From the beginning Bob was amazing, never pushy and I never felt pressure! He was a wealth of knowledge and a truly genuine caring man that only wanted me to get exactly what I was looking for. He and I negotiated the deal via phone and text, he sent clear concise numbers all printed out line by line, I never felt I was being misled. When I finally decided I liked the numbers I made an appt and came in! The paperwork was all ready. We took a test drive and I was off to financing with Jason. Jason was very personable and kind, he was patient explaining all my financing options (probably too many times since numbers in my head were never my strong suit). Then I signed all the financing papers in a very timely manner all while my new Kia was getting an extra clean!! Then to top it all off Bob took extra time to make sure I understood how to connect my phone and to truly utilize all the awesome features this Kia Sorento has to offer! He even stood and waved as I drove off. From start to finish I can't say enough nice things about this place!! Five star plus in my book! I'm sure we will be back for a car for my husband eventually. Thanks again y'all this is the way Car buying SHOULD BE!!! More

It was his third day at this dealership, altho having 8 years of selling KIA under his belt. We are retired and in our lifetime have met some real "winners" in car selling. So bad, they lost our sale. Mr. Marzi was above and beyond. We not only bought one brand new car, but came back the very next day and bought another brand new car. Now that? We have never done. It didn't stop there. The whole staff, from Jason Logan to Mike Tancenilli (?) both in the finance department-clearly the best. In Jac, I felt we had made a friend. PS we had originally thought to buy a Toyota! More

Watch Out For The Extended Warranty Salesperson!! Be Careful I saw an ad for a Kia Soul for $199 per month. Went to the dealership and picked out a 2016 (not a 2017) Kia Soul and the payment came out to $288 I saw an ad for a Kia Soul for $199 per month. Went to the dealership and picked out a 2016 (not a 2017) Kia Soul and the payment came out to $288 per month with a credit rating of 717 which is good. After talking the Extended Warranty Salesperson - I ended up with an extended servicing warranty that brought the payment to $354/month. I said ok and when my wife walked out of the office upset I told the Extended Warranty Salesperson that I didn't want the new payment after all and wanted it at $288/month. He said it was too late and that he had already electronically sent it. -----I believe strongly that he should have cancelled it right then------ ---I also believe he should have disclosed what would happen later---- I googled extended warranties and found out I could cancel within 30 days. So 20 days after this took place I walked into the office to cancel it. They canceled it but the payment remains at $354/month. They said they cannot redo the loan and that the amount of the extended warranty comes off the principal....so the payment remains at $354/month but ends months sooner. --------This Should Have Been Disclosed At The Very Beginning---------- --------The Extended Warranty Salesperson Should Have Cancelled It Same Day I told him to. They won't allow me to get my payment back to $277/month. More
