Literally the least stressful car buying experience to date! I'm not sure I even know where to begin! I have had both horror story and pleasant experiences with other dealerships. Even my most pleasant experience prior to Daytona Kia, pales in comparison. Rodney Rose made everything so easy. He answered all of my questions, understood my concerns, and truly valued my time. He was able to work with me throughout the morning via email, trade in my vehicle, get me a great deal on a brand new Kia Niro, negotiate on monthly payments, and deliver it to my home in Deltona that day! I never even had to set foot in the dealership! Let me tell you, as a homeschooling mother of 3, I don't have a lot of time in the day and Rodney understood that completely. I've been boasting about this experience to friends and family ever since. I love my new car! Rodney has already reached out to me again, even after the deal was complete a few days ago, to make sure I was happy and see if I had any questions. Overall it was a fantastic experience which surprised me greatly. I NEVER thought I would see the day where I didn't absolutely dread having to get a new car. We are going to need a second car soon and if that experience can go half as well as this one, I'd be a happy lady! More

Enjoyable Brian pleasantly greeted us as we arrived. (At this point we were just shopping several name brands). I was attracted to a particular car sitting off from the others and took a test drive. That was it the rest is history. We met many nice gentlemen once inside. Mike was a big help as was Jim (he gave us a great deal). We finalized the paperwork with Chris. Thank you for your patience with us Chris. We finally understand everything. This was the BEST experience either one of us have ever had buying a car. I could feel the ‘family’ run business persona with every step we took in buying our car. There was a difference!
