I am very picky especially if I am going to get a brand mew car. I tell all my friends and coworkers the delarship and sales person I dealth with when they ask about my brand new amazing 2018 kia optima. The best part was my 2 year old was with me he interacted with him as well. Even though I came in 20 min before closing he did not rush!!. He walked back and forth through the parking lot. Chris in the signing department was also great at answering questions about the warrenty. As well as manager Mr. Gross who took the time to say hello. My expierence was amazaing. Amenities , should be offered. My appointment was for and oil change. And I had and issue come up the day before appointment, which involved a battery warning. After explaining the warning, someone was supposed to do a system check to determine what and where the problem was. They found nothing ?? The oil was changed. I paid the invoice. And was shown where the car was. Well the car had not been washed. That is one of the free amenities of the dealership. Randy asked oh, you want it washed ? After the car wash, l left and 2 blocks later I notice the information window showed a picture of a wrench, and a service interval message. Now l turn around and return to dealership. Someone comes out of service office and l tell him why l came back. He ask me if they changed the oil ?Yes, and l was asked if l want to know when the oil change is due ? l answered , and said, l do not want to see the wrench as a reminder. Whoever did the oil change should have reset the computer, and the car should have been washed. Before L was told it was ready. Good customer service, should be 24-7. My appointment was at 3:30pm not the end of the day, but clearly, the attention to details had clocked out . More

The whole team worked on a deal for my family basically haggle free and I couldn't have been happier with the terms, the experience, or the new Sedona we bought! Highly recommended! Also, we received a resist-all package, so a couple days after we purchased our van we were able to have our van serviced by their service department.. I was thrilled with that experience as well!
