The employee at the cash counter was not aware of the rules concerning foreign drivers license and was reluctant to give me a loaner car. Joe intervened very professionally , produced the relevant information from the internet and could convince the manager of the validity of my German drivers license.. Even then the lady at the cash counter shrugged her shoulders saying "it is not my car ", which I think is not a good attitude towards her work nor to the customer. In summary I am very satisfied with the result of both my visits. More

Rodney contacted me and was very friendly, he invited me to come in to the dealership to look at the vehicles. I dreaded going there due to past experiences at other dealers. When I arrived, I was very pleased with how helpful, friendly and low/no pressure I experienced with Rodney. He was extremely helpful in finding the perfect vehicle for us. I was even more surprised at how low pressure the financing aspect of the purchase was. I'd highly recommend Rodney and Daytona Kia to anyone! More

Service maintenance visit I went to Daytona Kia as a "drop-in" customer. I Purchased my Kia Soul there in October 2015 and always have all of my service performed there. They I went to Daytona Kia as a "drop-in" customer. I Purchased my Kia Soul there in October 2015 and always have all of my service performed there. They are always courteous and accommodating and this recent visit was no exception. I was immediately referred to a service agent, Chris, and I requested an oil change, and new windshield wipers. He checked my records and determined that I had never replaced the wipers so needed them, and also suggested a tire rotation, and offered a free car wash! The work was completed in a timely manner, the charges were very reasonable, and I was escorted to my car by Chris when the transaction was completed. I am very satisfied with this experience. More

I'm just amazed each time we take our vehicle to your service department of how well we are treated and how professional they are. Our service manager --Tim Speckman--is always GREAT! He is very knowledgeable and professional and always treats us first class. We only have this one vehicle--so he always provides us with transportation to and from the Service Center. The driver, Tyler, was very friendly and courteous. On our most recent visit we had our Sorrento waxed. The car turned out beautiful--just like new-inside and out. We were very pleased. Rodney Rose was a pleasure to work with. I grew up in a Chrysler Dealership Owner’s family fo my entire life so I know all the tricks of the trade. Instead, I found honestly, integrity and no pressure. The day prior I had visited Deland Kia and found the exact opposite. I was pressured passed from three salesman to finally the manager. No one credited me with the intelligence to make an informed decision. It took me three times but I told them, I had to leave. I’m so glad that Rodney Rose followed up on an internet inquiry. He called me and ultimately made a sale. When we came to the final closing and finance end of the deal I said to Rodney I didn’t want to go through the games of upselling with all the add on packages. That was when I met Chris Acker. He honored my request and we were out the door in about 20minutes. I didn’t know this type of dealership still exists. Our little car is great. I should mention that we are a Lexus and BMW owner as well but this is our vehicle that will be towed across country behind our RV.. Thanks number one to Rodney, but also to Chris for being respectful to our wishes. If you are interested I’m a Kia or Mitsubishi go straight to Daytona. More
