Mike Tweedle and Tom were great What a grea expierence. It has been awhile since I purchases a new car. I really wasn't looking forward to it. Was expecting to pack a Sunday lunch and was prepared to treat as a dental appt. for a root canal. Along with help of my son. I chose a car over the internet. We made our way the next day to sign the paper work and pick-up the Outlander I had selected. Michael and Tom were so helpful. They went though the whole process very smoothly yet taking the time to make sure I undrstood everything. Michael even took great pains to set up my bluetooth with my android phone. Every thing downloaded and connected on the first try. Additionally, I returned because the clock was wrong and Michael took time to just change it for me. The dealeshp is clean and everyone I came into contact with was knowledgable and very helpful. Car washed filled with gas and waiting outside the front door for me to step into. Even the signing of the title work weny smooth and fast. I can't say enough good things about Daytona Kia. I see where some have remarked about the best dealership in Daytona. I will go a step further, having lived Orlando for 38 years and moving to Ormond Beach 8 years ago they are the BEST in All of Central Florids. More

Very nice first impression! I next dealt with Mike Zelenko, my service advisor, who was also extremely pleasant to work with. He advised what was needed this time around and told me how long it would probably be. Also wanted to know if I wanted it washed as well, He said it would be 45 minutes to one hour and sure enough in just a little over an hour. The waiting area was cramped with limited seating, but it have been just a busy day. The snacks on hand for the customer also a nice touch and again a great first impression. Mike walked me thru check-out and being disabled Mike offered to go bring my car up, but I needed to walk anyway. The car was not only washed, it was vacuumed inside and looked as if the tires were treated as well. Overall a nice experience when comparing it to other dealerships More

Fast service with a smile I called to ask about my ABS light coming on.I called your service department and spoke with Randy.He ask me for my vehicle id # and then told me tha I called to ask about my ABS light coming on.I called your service department and spoke with Randy.He ask me for my vehicle id # and then told me that it was being recalled and was definitely under warranty and when would I like to bring it in. I brought it in a few days later and he met me at the door,I signed a few papers and he told me it would take a few hours and if I wanted to stay ,, there was bottled water and snacks while I waited.My car was re day in about 1 hou r and 45 min. He came to me and walked me outside to my car and said it was ready and they did a complimentary car wash. I was most pleased.He also said that my light would probably come on again ,because it was a 3 part procedure. About 3 weeks later it did come on again and I called Randy and he got me in the very next day. He met me at my car and said it would be ready in 2 hours and it was and they washed it again. If all your service people are like Randy, You should be rated the best Kia Service Center in Fl. More

Daytona Kia even honored the True Price cost even though they idd not have the vehicle in inventory. Offered to re-configure one coming in and getting it from another dealership. The latter was the option taken. None of that usual dealership nonsense. Straightforward...here's the True Car price, through in the Kia Cash off of that, minus the military discount...add the taxes and govt. fees...done. No surprises. 3 year oil changes and tire rotations thrown in. Way to go. More
