The Way Car Buying Should Be! I was in the market for a new Kia Sorento and started my search via TrueCar (which I highly recommend) otherwise I wouldn't have thought of the Dayton I was in the market for a new Kia Sorento and started my search via TrueCar (which I highly recommend) otherwise I wouldn't have thought of the Daytona Kia dealership. I negotiated with four dealerships on the same vehicle and Daytona Kia blew all the other bids out of the water. From the beginning Bob was amazing, never pushy and I never felt pressure! He was a wealth of knowledge and a truly genuine caring man that only wanted me to get exactly what I was looking for. He and I negotiated the deal via phone and text, he sent clear concise numbers all printed out line by line, I never felt I was being misled. When I finally decided I liked the numbers I made an appt and came in! The paperwork was all ready. We took a test drive and I was off to financing with Jason. Jason was very personable and kind, he was patient explaining all my financing options (probably too many times since numbers in my head were never my strong suit). Then I signed all the financing papers in a very timely manner all while my new Kia was getting an extra clean!! Then to top it all off Bob took extra time to make sure I understood how to connect my phone and to truly utilize all the awesome features this Kia Sorento has to offer! He even stood and waved as I drove off. From start to finish I can't say enough nice things about this place!! Five star plus in my book! I'm sure we will be back for a car for my husband eventually.
