Five Star Service Department I only have "must return here" experiences each time. Each person is courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, whether I'm there for oil changes or anyth I only have "must return here" experiences each time. Every question was answered clearly and thoroughly by service rep Mike, the cashier Stephanie, and the two gentlemen in the parts department. This is why I look forward to oil changes..plus. Since I pay close attention to the welfare of my Optima, I feel comfortable asking questions about any area of concern. Today, Mike offered so much helpful info. I believe if I follow his advise, I'll enjoy a safe, well-serviced car for many years. A special thanks to Mike for a rewarding visit! More

Very Good Experience I called them and was told to bring it over right away and they got me right in and explained everything and offered me a ride to and from work.
