GreaT .. Very considerate. I came in to have an oil leak fixed and was told I had two recalls. Did I want to have the recalls fixed then and I said "Yes". While I waited I was told That I could have coffee, water or whatever I wanted and Mike came to tell me what was going on with my car while it was in the shop. I was very appreciated of everything. Oil change and tire rotation I love my Kia Optima and the service center staff are great.
