Mike Zelenko was the service associate I was dealing with and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything in great detail. He even offered (and we accepted) a free car wash and vacuuming. Even though the lobby was very crowded and the wait was more than an hour, it was a pleasurable time getting to know other patrons.
