Joe intervened very professionally , produced the relevant information from the internet and could convince the manager of the validity of my German drivers license.. Even then the lady at the cash counter shrugged her shoulders saying "it is not my car ", which I think is not a good attitude towards her work nor to the customer. In summary I am very satisfied with the result of both my visits. More
