Unprofessional and Bullied Bought several Kia's over the years. First one from this dealer. Niro 2019. I had to go in to get service and pick up a check from New cars (thank you Bought several Kia's over the years. First one from this dealer. Niro 2019. While awaiting for my check a couple of guys in the middle glass room were talking about me, looking back at me and laughing. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had where I was a money spending customer and bullied for being a gay man. I am just an average guy, a nurse by profession and sat and waited alone while they chatted about me kept looking back at me and laughing. It was quite humiliating and degrading and I paid for it!. I expressed my concerns and experience to the man who handed me my check and he offered me his apology but I expected more than that to be done. I would like to advise anyone in sales that if you have issues with individuals based on race, gender or sexual orientation then don't go into sales. Money spends the same no matter who is holding it. You are hurting the company and those who are working with you. I had a great salesman when I purchased my Niro and Andi in finance rose to the occasion to assist me with an issue I had. But because of my experience I will never buy a car there again and I will ask my friends and family to stay away as well. My family was upset that I had to sit there alone while a couple of grown men in a glass room had laughs at my expense. My friends felt the same and this bad advertisement destroys all of your marketing efforts spent to bring in business. Your sales staff mentioned here threw your marketing dollars right out the door I walked in at. But guys. just remember if you or your loved ones end up in need of my care someday you will get the best care that God allows me to give because I chose my profession to serve God and all the people who need care at the time they need it, not just a certain few who may fit my expectations of what a human being should look like or be like. Shame on all of you. Karma will not forget. I see one of you below in the photos but I will not publicly humiliate you for the way you humiliated me. More

Still Awesome As I've said many times.."Still Awesome".My service person was a very attentive young woman,smiling and wore a mask, just as I did ,in this pandemic. I must say that I was not happy to see some service men not wearing masks........all need to wear a mask to protect the customers and themselves from the customers. I would like to thank our salesman Keith Gaska for being such a great salesman friendly genuine person, after about 20 minutes talking to him I felt like he was my brother or son LOL. The inside didn't look much better LOL but somehow he got us financed & into a brand new 2020 Kia Soul that we are in love with. (Except Kia) we were going to buy a used 2019 Dodge town get us into a payment we could afford. Awesome warranty that no other dealership can touch . (Except Kia) we were going to buy a used 2019 Dodge town and country van w 30k mi but the cost of the monthly payment for the van and a brand new kia were basically the same. The bonus was we got Kia's great warranty, road side assistance and free oil changes that Dodge could not offer. Recommending you to all our family and friends. More
