I bought a used Kia Soul which I mostly love, but there are issues. My salesman was friendly,kind,and accommodating. Scratches on it, which were fixed by the service dept. excellent! The cellphone sync hand free doesn’t work consistently. I was told by the service department it only works with an apple phone which I own. Since buying the car, A cigarette smell is in the car and not going away, I don’t smoke. I have 5 air fresheners in the car to attempt to rid the car of a lingering cigarette scent. Other than the interior smell, and hands free calling not working consistently my experience was excellent. The car drives wonderfully My salesman Dino was a gem and I would recommend him to my friends. More

"Sales" Experience Was Good, "Finance" Experience Was Not Salesman (Rob) was very good and the "Sales" experience was good. "Finance" experience was horrible. We had to wait over an hour and a half, after our Salesman (Rob) was very good and the "Sales" experience was good. "Finance" experience was horrible. We had to wait over an hour and a half, after our deal was approved, to get in to see the Finance representative and ours was a straight cash deal that took all of 10-15 minutes. If the deal wouldn't have already been approved, we would have walked out. Our salesman was very apologetic, but the experience getting the deal finalized, (bill of sale, transfer tag, registration,etc.) was atrocious. Something needs to be changed in the "Finance" process. More
