After walking into the showroom, I saw a yellow Kia Soul and knew that was the color I wanted. Upon talking with Brian about my situation and what I was looking for, I was shown the different styles of the Souls. We checked some numbers and figured out what I could afford. After picking out what I wanted and the paperwork was starting, Devin approached. I could not get the car I picked out because he could not release it within the system for whatever reason. I'm sorry, why am I being showed a car NO ONE can buy? It should not even be shown. I picked one with a black interior but they could only sell me one with a tan interior, I did still take it because I really did still like the car. I have been with other family when they buy cars and every time you pick something, they always have to switch the car because of whatever reason. Other than that, I had a great experience and everyone was very friendly. The finance guy looked like the grim reaper with a hat, mask, and leather gloves, but he was being safe and he was very nice too. More
