My car buying process was great. I have no complaints there. However after my car was purchased I ran into an issue where my last lender didn’t receive the payoff for my trade In for 3-4 weeks. After finding out my previous lender hadn’t received my payoff (and they were about to report me to the credit bureaus) I contacted Will. I asked him if he knew how my vehicle was paid off so I could figure out if the check had been lost in the mail or what was taking place. He never responded to me with an answer. I then called the dealership to try getting an answer from finance. The receptionist took my information and assured me will or finance would call me back as soon as possible. That was days ago and I still have no response. Shows a real lack of professionalism, especially when I told Will and the receptionist that I was about to be reported for a payment I had no control over. More

Walked in with little to no idea on what I was or could be buying that day.
