Beware!!!! Please do yourself a favor and have any vehicle you buy from here checked carefully!!!!! We bought a 2012 Kia Soul about a month ago. Our salesperson, Brian was very nice. The car was in go vehicle you buy from here checked carefully!!!!! We bought a 2012 Kia Soul about a month ago. Our salesperson, Brian was very nice. The car was in good shape not bad mileage. Price was a bit high. When looking at the tires they appeared to have lots of tread left and seemed good quality. Brian commented that they were great tires. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed it pulled a bit to the right which I did mention to Brian. I understand that when you buy a used car there will be a few minor things you may to to take care of. After a few weeks, the pull to the right got worse so we brought it to a mechanic we had used for several years. It was then we found out that one tire had 3 plugs in it (2 in the sidewall), and two other tires had nails in them as well(again in the sidewall). I didn’t mind paying slightly above cost for a used car, but now having 4 new tires and an alignment due to tires with nails and plugs that were not visible without being on a lift that is unacceptable. I went in and tried to speak with sales manager, Tom. Brian had let him know the issue. He came up to me basically shaking his head no and saying they are wholesale cars and they are what they are. I wasn’t looking for them to cover total cost, but something to show good faith, however it was clear that Tom wasn’t interested in even having a conversation. Last time I buy a car here!!! More

Overall, the experience was outstanding. I was provided a fair trade in value for my trade-in and was able to purchase the new vehicle I was looking for at a great price with minimal negotiations. I arrived 15 min early and service writer CJ was at lunch. A real nice girl helped me to get my car in for the oil change! When CJ came in, I gave him my name and asked some questions! My salesman was Brian. He did a great job of helping me find what I wanted and getting the payment very close to what I wanted. The finance department sent my incorrect date of birth over to Kia financ find what I wanted and getting the payment very close to what I wanted. The finance department sent my incorrect date of birth over to Kia financing so that caused an issue. Also, I was told I’d receive my new license plate in about a week (I’m leasing). Even though I reached out to the dealership, the tags still expired with no call from the dealership. I had to reach out a second time and worry about getting a ticket for expired plates. I got them 42 days after I signed the contract. That just wasn’t acceptable. More
