Beware of the trade-in values and rebates "given" as ours was added back into purchase price. (Veterans rebate, Kia Loyalty rebate, Kia finance rebate, trade-in of 2 vehicles) Math didn't add up but was added back into purchase price. (Veterans rebate, Kia Loyalty rebate, Kia finance rebate, trade-in of 2 vehicles) Math didn't add up but manager stated, the deal is done and would not listen or explain how/why the sales price was elevated from what was presented to us in writing prior to filling out/signing sales paperwork. Our misfortune for signing and trusting the "professionals" to give us the best deal - not swindle us. Additionally, still waiting for 2nd key and owner's manual for vehicle more than 1 week after purchase. All we wanted was fair and equitable price for new car (Sportage) purchase (Kia Daytona's should have honored of the True car quote) /& value for trade-in also provided by True car quote. (2011 Burgundy Kia Sorrento 4 Dr V6 EX & 2012 White Optima Hybrid) - Not received by this dealership - so let the buyer beware of the "deal makers". More
