on my visit after completing 23000 miles, i was informed that i was way past due my schedule service of 15000 miles which was inaccurate , even thou a sticker was placed on my windshield stating i did the s that i was way past due my schedule service of 15000 miles which was inaccurate , even thou a sticker was placed on my windshield stating i did the service . on that service plastic plugs was removed from my sump plastic shield which was not replaced , i notified the agent , my email info at the service desk was changed to someone else ( not affiliated to me in any way or form ) . the safety key for my lug nuts was removed , used and not replaced , after driving home and noticing that i drove back to your dealership only to be handed the wrong one took 15 minutes to find mine . i reported structural hair line fractures in both of my rear brake lens and was informed that the pictures would be examined and i would recieve a follow up on them , to this date july 7 ( approx 3 weeks after ) i have not heard anything . hence poor is my rating. More
