I was there to get a window regulator replaced, a wheel alignment, and a a/c evac and recharge. I dropped the car off at 8:30am. It should have taken a half day to accomplish those three things. The day went by and I never received a call to let me know the status. I called the next morning and was told that another part for the window had to be ordered/overnighted and would be there by 2pm. The car would be ready by 5pm. By the time 5pm came around, I had not received a call to pick up the car. When I called, I was told that the tech discovered another problem with the window and wasn’t able to finish the repair, so it would only be ready the next day. The car should have been ready by mid day on a Thursday but was only ready at 11:00 on Saturday. Also, the problem with the a/c was not resolved. It still blows warm at idle. I knew the problem was the compressor, but they wanted to evac and recharge instead of replacing the compressor. The bill I was given at the end of the day showed on the evac and recharge line that the a/c was now working as intended, when it clearly is not. Service was terrible, but communication was even worse. The last place I’ll ever set foot in to lease, purchase, maintain or repair a vehicle is Daytona KIA. More
This dealer ship sucks. I called to have a recall taken care of. I couldn't get in for 2 weeks. Then when I get my appointment. I have to bring my car in a day early cause we work. I get a call from the company. Saying they don't have the part. I said now you knew I was coming in to have the recall taken care of. So how come you don't have the part. Oh we ran out now. You wasted my time coming there and you should have known how many parts you had or even put the part aside if you took the appointment. You people suck. Then when my husband came to pickup the car. The girl that waited on him was nasty. This isnt the first time we have had problems with you company but it is the last time I will never buy from your company again. And I love my KIA. Make sure the owner see this complaint. You suck!!! More

I originally came in to sign papers for a car my husband had swapped out. I was curious (and doubtful) that they would even take my 2014 Hyundai Tucson. I asked what my trade in value would be, not expecting being able to drive off in a brand new car from the showroom. Terence Anderson was amazing throughout the entire process. He was patient, understanding of my wants and needs, went to bat to do everything within his power to get me the best deal, snd his positive energy and attitude made the experience so amazing. He went above and beyond and provided me with top notch customer service. He stayed late to make sure everything was handled and even helped me pack up the stuff from my ok’d car, as I was not expecting to leave in a new one. I can’t thank the staff enough. My #1 guy Terence Anderson, Shaheed Henry, Ross Sabine, Dave Lynch and Obed Ortiz.
