As always, the service department makes each visit comfortable. Jamie was knowledgeable and courteous and the work was done well. My car needs the bottom cover. It was ordered from the beginning of September and is already paid ($ 300.00). They gave me an appointment for a week later and when I went they told me that the cover had n beginning of September and is already paid ($ 300.00). They gave me an appointment for a week later and when I went they told me that the cover had not been received and they did not know when they were going to receive it. They never contacted me to let me know the status of the cover. I had to call to be informed that they would probably be receiving it by the end of October. In addition, I have a second car for which they owed a sensor since the beginning of August. I have an appointment in two days to change the filter and oil and they can't tell me what status the censor is in. More
