Kia customer service has diminished quite a bit from when I first started bringing my car in for service. I use to brag on them all the time. Now usually a wait before anyone addresses you or you address them. Seems to have only one service advisor a lot. Forget about making an online appointment, the system never crosses over. Granted they do seem to be quite busy but should have a better check in service, maybe offer numbers to pick on arrival and call next number instead of trying to figure out who is next in line to speak to advisor. Didn't see a lot of personnel with masks on or sanitizing between customers. More

My Kia Optima SX Turbo had factory installed locking lug nuts. After recall work being done, I went to get an oil change and tire rotation and learned they were gone.
