Who ever wants the worst customer service in the world this is your place. My wife was recently there to get an oil change and to see about 2 lights that were on. When she first got there she was told 600 this is your place. My wife was recently there to get an oil change and to see about 2 lights that were on. When she first got there she was told 600.00 before they even looked at the vehicle. My wife ends up calling me she puts on Doug the service wrighter. All of a sudden the price drops by over 450.00 and this is still before they even checked out the vehicle. Then the cashier I do believe her name is Brandi was making very rude and snide comments about my wife while Doug walked my wife out to her vehicle. I called in was told very rudely that the general manager dose not take phone calls. This customer service that my wife and I received is very unethical. I'm still waiting on the service manager to call me and discuss this situation and it has been well over a week. I still expect a phone call and some kind of redemption on this manner. I find Doug to be very sexist probably wouldn't put it past him to over charge every woman that comes in the door.... I need a call back to resolve this issue.......... More

I made an appt for a recall. I sat I waited, they rescheduled be ause the part had to be ordered. Next, a clicking noise so I return.
