I had an appointment at 11:30. It was determined the sunroof switch was broken. I left 5 hours later. Part had to be ordered. I asked why it took so long. I'm a patient person, but I found this unacceptable. I did return to have new switch installed. I will return, but hope for better service.q More

I went for a basic oil change and tire rotation, but there some lights on the dash that lit up and instead of looking into it I was told to make another appointment to have it looked at.
