Received a wrench that indicated service and took my van in and was told because of oil change the person did t know how to reset. I’ve taken my car in multiple times for my gas cap and my radio. The cap has been replaced no problem but the radio has been a problem. The first time they told me it was my phone and not the radio. I got a radio. The cap has been replaced no problem but the radio has been a problem. The first time they told me it was my phone and not the radio. I got a new phone since my phone was older and it’s still having problems. I called KIA’s corporate 800 number and they walked me through the steps and said the service center should have updated the radio to fix the problem. They advised me to take it down there and emailed me the update in case their service department couldn’t figure it out. I made an appointment and we back down to Kia, I sat there for 2 hours for them to tell me there isn’t an update and they couldn’t do anything but troubleshoot which I have always done. She refused to check the email I got directly from Kia and said no that update wasn’t for my car but when you look at the update it specifically said it’s for a 2021 KIA K5. She just rushed me out without looking at the information and said they couldn’t do anything. More
