The Appointment was @ 9:45am not done until 3:45pm for a oil change/ tire rotation w/tire patch I came straight from night shift, arriving to my appointment on time. I not aware they were running behind u oil change/ tire rotation w/tire patch I came straight from night shift, arriving to my appointment on time. I not aware they were running behind until I asked "Is this normal for them to be over 2 hours for these services, the service attendant said no.' "He knew I had come straight from the graveyard shift too. I kept dozing off out of sheer exhaustion. At that point he explained it wouldn't be much longer. Another hour went by and again I asked what is going on he went to check told me they were having trouble finding a patch for my tire it shouldn't be much longer he could get a car servicer to drive me home and have the car delivered to me. He checked again to see how much longer only 30 more minutes so I stayed. Car service should have been offered way before 3-hours had went by. You see I didn't realize how many hours went by I kept dozing off out of sheer exhaustion. I asked for the fees to be removed, I was given a $10 discount. I think the services should have been free for the patch on the tire. I was told unfortunately he couldn't work that out. Mind you the service attendant was very courteous but I should Have been told as soon as there was a delay. My entire day was spent at your service Center. I feel like I should have been told right away of the delays and offered the car service as soon as they knew about the delay so that I can get some rest before my next shift. I love Kia but this was not acceptable to me it should have been handled differently. More

The servicing department was absolutely fantastic but your used car my sales department mgr after the sales absolutely sucked they didn’t do anything for me they said they was going to do in fact they c your used car my sales department mgr after the sales absolutely sucked they didn’t do anything for me they said they was going to do in fact they confuse the matters even worse and your sales manager after the sales a couple days later still didn’t do what he said he was going to do it took a week and I finally got fed up and he laughed at me as I walked away & drove away. I had to get everything taken care of myself everything the sales manager and the financing department person told me was a lie. This was our first time at Daytona Kia and their first impression went well with us. Every dealership will have a different layout and they were quick to show us where we needed to be. We were in for a re impression went well with us. Every dealership will have a different layout and they were quick to show us where we needed to be. We were in for a recall and routine maintenance. Not one staff member did we pass that did not greet us and or open a door. I’m looking forward to our next Kia purchase through Daytona. It will be our 3rd Kia but our 1st with them and hopefully more to come. More
