Waited one year for approval to repair bad motor on brand new Kia Soul. I had to get the owner involved to get anything done. Motor change took 1 month and 5 days. I came to get my tire fixed and was told my warranty was no good. I came home and called them and he said I was still under warranty. So called Kia back and the guy said he would get it figured out.
