Doug, I guess the newest advisor, was great. I would give Daytona Kia 5 stars, but my oil change nearly took 4 hours. There was also a recall issue, but it was never explained fully what it was for. I haven’t had a very good experience the past two times when I’ve scheduled service I could’ve literally gone anywhere else and paid half price but instead I went to Kia where my car was made so I get top- when I’ve scheduled service I could’ve literally gone anywhere else and paid half price but instead I went to Kia where my car was made so I get top-of-the-line service and a good quality of what I needed and each time I’ve gone there the customer service specially the lady upfront in the first window bay has a personality of a cucumber and it’s too worried about her make up that she would actually put on when there’s people waiting to get their appointments and to be seen second of all I made my appointment two weeks in advance let the person on the phone know what my car needed to have done so they’d have Apple time to do it and I was told for my light situation they didn’t have enough time before they close to get it done and as far as my brakes was going to be $380 aside OK it’s just the way they went about it was totally unprofessional and I made it perfectly clear what I needed done in for me to take the time off of work and drive all the way to Daytona I figured I’d be able to get all my list taken care of when I was there More
