My experience with Kia was absolutely horrible. My car was at Kia for 3 weeks getting a new engine. After it was ready I brought it home just to find out that the blinker was still broken, somethin My car was at Kia for 3 weeks getting a new engine. I made an appointment and brought it back, the week of my wedding. I waited for over an hour for them to tell me that the person had to take their lunch break and wasn’t able to look at it, after someone else told me that it was currently being looked at. As mentioned it was the week of my wedding and my now wife and I had w ton of things to get done so we left without it getting fixed. I was just a little confused as to why this wasn’t looked at right away being that it had just been there for 3 weeks, or why it wasn’t fixed during those three weeks. More

The salesman that we just recently bought our 2nd new Kia with John Mudge was outstanding. He was very helpful in explaining things to us and knowing exactly what we wanted. He wasn't pushy at all like most places. I think he deserves a big raise because he is very good at his job and makes you feel appreciated coming to this Kia dealership. This is the 2 brand new vehicle we bought in 7 months and will be back and most definitely will send people in the markey to you. More
