We lost our Kia key and called your dealership to ask how to get one made. You said we would have to have it towed to your dealership, you would order a key immediately, and then it would be programmed.. w to get one made. You said we would have to have it towed to your dealership, you would order a key immediately, and then it would be programmed.. when the key came in, you said you couldn’t program it because you didn’t have some cord. You said we would have to take it to another dealership to have it programmed. We should have been told this from the start since we gave you all of the info about the car (year, make, etc.). This was due to your incompetence. We came back to your dealership a month later to look at purchasing a new car to get an idea as to cost, but wouldn’t purchase one from you because of what happened. The salesman was fine. More
