Never diagnosed the problem that I brought the car in for was told I need a new transmission engine and multiple other items and I should just trade it in. After talking with the service person that looked a was told I need a new transmission engine and multiple other items and I should just trade it in. After talking with the service person that looked at the vehicle again and said I need to change the trans fluid because of a service bulletin kia put out but the could not do it because they did not have the required sae 70 weight in stock. Ii drive the car everyday between 300 to 450 mile it runs and drives fine except for the issue withe the hydraulic clutch actuator that leaks fluid and causes sometime causes the car the jerk or come out of gear when starting after a stop. The same as the 2017 and 2018 models that were recalled. More

I went in to do an oil change on my Kia Soul. I was greeted before even getting out of my car! They escorted me to where I needed to go and the service lady was really nice! The waiting room is really nice but also walked over to sales because I had concerns of racking milage on my new car. I was warmly greeted by Abby and we had. A talk of upgrading. She was very kind, informative and not pushy at all!!! I didn't know what I wanted and Abby was so patient with me. I finally chose the Sportage! I told her my payments I'm looking for and she went to work! They respected every wish of mine and got me what I wanted not what they wanted! John is also amazing and funny!! He went above and beyond for me! The finance guy, David was funny and good!! I will never go to another dealership because they listen to what you want, very patient, funny and informative. They make buying experience a wonderful one. Nissan and Toyota made my experience a nightmare! John noticed I was a Gator fan and I wanted a Kia hat!!! He even gave me a Gator color Kia hat that I really love!! Abby patiently help me set all my settings in the car for me after we bought out car. I had to go back a couple times on the settings because I'm not computer savvy. Each time they were friendly, warm and patiently helped me. They gave me the red carpet feeling the minute I walked up.
