An hour turned into almost 3 hours. The service technician was rude to me and other service technicians and had no issue telling them they had customers waiting while he made me wait fo The service technician was rude to me and other service technicians and had no issue telling them they had customers waiting while he made me wait for him to yell from his cube to their cubes he never even looked up from his computer. I received a call to from him to tell me the car needed some attention, I explained I didn’t have time that day, he said fine, said the car was ready and hung up. When I arrived to pick up the car he was paged that he had a customer waiting, I watched him pace outside while he vaped for a few minutes and then another technician brought me my keys (he was professional) and showed me where my car was. I had the suggested maintenance done somewhere else since I was never offered an appointment by my service technician to come back. More
